Why it's all open.

I choose the businesses myself and rebuild at my own cost, so there is no client confidentiality to hide behind — which is why every rebuild is open rather than six flattering case studies. Judge the work directly instead of taking my word for it. Every one here is a concept redesign — not a client project.

No templates, and no handoff between a designer and a developer who never spoke. The site that ships is the site that was designed.

01 / Study

Understand the business first

Before anything moves, I work out what the place actually sells, who walks through the door, and what the current site gets in the way of. The redesign follows the business — not a trend, and not whatever I built last week.

02 / Rebuild

Rebuild it page by page

Every page rebuilt in modern code — fast, responsive, and considered down to the interior pages nobody bothers with. In the business's own language, with its own photography, on its own terms.

03 / Ship

Hand over something finished

You get a working site, not a slide deck — plus a written review of what was wrong with the old one and why each decision was made. If something is off, tell me and I fix it.
